How fast is shipping, and what does it cost?
Orders leave within one working day. Shipping is free over $45, otherwise a flat $5, and every order is tracked from dispatch.
What if a product does not work for me?
Return it within 30 days for a full refund, opened or not. We cover the return postage and you keep any samples.
